Cheese of the Month: Coal River Camembert

We are loving the new range of Coal River Farm Cheeses artisan cheesemakers from Tasmania. TheirCamembert classic camembert style cheese has a velvety white surface exhibiting a clean mushroom aroma. As with any good Camembert it has a smooth and creamy texture, maturing to a rich full flavour with softer consistency.

Recipe suggestion:Yarra Valley Quince Jelly Slice bread stick, spread each slice with Tomato Relish or Roasted Capsicum and Chilli Relish, diced tomato, basil, salt and pepper. Add a dash of Parmesan and Rosemary Infused Oil on top and sprinkle with shaved parmesan cheese. Bake in oven until golden brown 180°c.
